I always enjoy the final spar of the year, i was really aching from aikido on monday night so last night really loosened me up... can't wait for the next sparring sesh in the new year! See you all at the xmas bash on friday!
zdwrmtme, Rob and Dave went Capoeira last night... strewth, i ache all over and apparently we only covered the basics! From my point of view i wanted to go along and learn some of the the acrobatic stuff which which saw some of. Will definitely try it again as it's very different from any kick punch work i have tried before.
