I really enjoy my wednesday night training sesh and would like to get another night in. I know a few of us mentioned this a while ago to Russell and he later started the monday night fight night!

From what i heard it started off well but lost support and he's now thinking of stopping that night.

Well guys, I have just finished my last session before I go to China for a holiday. Well, after so long teaching 4 nights a week I need a break. We had a good number there in Blisland from the Fowey and Lanivet classes, so I want to tell you all that I appreciate your support.

Get along to the last session of the year for my classes on Thur's 14th Dec in Lanivet where Russ is kindly taking a class.

Best wishes to you all for a great Christmas and I look forward to seeing you all in the New Year. from Steve
